"The Apprenticeship was really good because I have been able to put the skills I learnt in the classroom into practice in a real working kitchen. It has been a great way to begin my career as a chef, and I have even been promoted based on the skills I learnt on the course! I am returning in September to start a pastry course and further develop my skills."

The success of apprentices with City College Plymouth in 2010/11 is outstanding, at 14% above the national benchmark.
