National Scholarship Programme

City College Plymouth has 21 scholarships available for Higher Education students starting courses in September 2012, worth £3,000 each.

To be eligible for a scholarship you must be:

• A Home or EU student
• Have a household income of less than £25,000
• Have received and accepted an offer of a place on a Higher Education programme at City College Plymouth as your first choice (not an insurance choice)
• Be self funding, not sponsored by an employer.

In addition, consideration will be given to applicants who are also:

• Resident in the Plymouth travel to work area (PL postcode)
• City College Plymouth further education level 3 students within the last two years
• City College Plymouth level 3 apprentices within the last two years.

How to Apply

Application forms will be available from the College's Student Funding Office and this website from January 2012.  You will be required to provide evidence to support your application for residential address and household income.

Application Deadline

Applications must be made before Friday 4 May 2012.  However, please note that applications will be considered on a first come, first served basis.

Successful applicants will be notified by Friday 15 June 2012.
