Now's your chance to make sure you have the qualification to match. This is your chance to show what you can do with your existing experience and skills and receive a nationally-recognised accreditation for it. You may even use it to branch out to other areas, possibly setting up in business yourself.
Successful students may progress to the NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervision
In our experience in order to be successful on this level of programme you will need one of the following:
A nationally recognised qualification can add to the self esteem of the cleaning operator and help to improve the professional image of your business. It is also widely accepted that cleaning operatives who have been properly trained are more motivated, more productive and tend to stay in the employment where they carried out their training.

This course uses observation of competence to demonstrate knowledge of working practices. Off-the-job training can also be used to develop and reinforce understanding where there is an identified skills gap.
