What does the course involve?

By the end of the course you will be able to:

outline relevant equality and diversity and anti-discrimination legislation and associated legal terminology
explain the business case for the promotion of equality and diversity in the workplace
state the benefits from effective equality and diversity in the workplace
explain equality and diversity best practice and their role implementing them
state the rights and responsibilities of managers in meeting mandatory requirements under legislation
describe how to create and maintain a workplace environment free of harassment
create an action plan to apply skills developed back in the workplace.
