Front office skills are vital. If you do them well, you bring perceived value of the hospitality and tourism services you are offering, and win over customers too. Our course reflects the importance of different features of the receptionist's work that enhance the vision and brand of the organisation. You will learn about the role of social and management skills that won't just concentrate on procedural aspects, but on the way you interact with your customers and colleagues.
Successful students may progress to the NVQ Level 3 Hospitality Supervision at the College.
