Overview

What's it all about?

If you’re unemployed, unsure of your future and want to do something different and exciting, then our Prince’s Trust Team Programme might be just what you need. This course will help to improve your confidence, problem solving skills and teach you how to work as part of a team. Prince’s Trust Team will enhance your individual skills and make you more employable. Teams start every month.

During the programme you will:

develop practical skills, which will help you in life and in a job
enjoy an action packed week away from home
benefit from two weeks’ work experience
be given career advice and help with your job search
achieve nationally recognised qualifications
have an amazing time!

What does the course involve?

You could gain the following qualifications.

Certificate in Employabilty, Team Work and Community Skills
Key Skill Working with Others
Key Skill Problem Solving
Functional Skills Maths, English and ICT
First Aid

Entry Requirements

The programme for young people aged between 16-25 (subject to government funding criteria) who are unemployed. It’s free and will not effect your benefits such as Jobseeker’s Allowance. It’s ideal for you if your lack of confidence or qualifications have previously held you back.
