The trainers train the staff ... but who trains the trainers?
This workshop is the perfect starting point for anyone responsible for the training and development of staff in the workplace, and is perfect for those with little or no formal background in the delivery of training. Applicants may be eligible and prefer to apply directly for the two day 7300 Introduction to Trainer Skills.
Successful students may wish to progress on to the City & Guilds 7300, Introduction to Trainer Skills or City & Guilds 7303, Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector.
Successful candidates need to have a minimal level 1 literacy. The course has been designed for those who are currently within employment with the opportunity to train others.
This course will help develop trainer's skills and knowledge which can ultimately lead to improved skills and knowledge within the workforce, which includes improved awareness of health and safety and equality an diversity.
There is no formal exam or assessment, you will achieve the certificate by attending the entire workshop and actively participating in activities.
