Our advanced apprenticeship course will teach you all aspects of vehicle body maintenance and crash repair or panel beating. You'll be able to demonstrate to an employer your competent, capable craftsmanship to make you a valuable asset to their business. We'll match you to the most appropriate employer too, so you will thrive in the business.

Successful completion will greatly enhance job opportunities.

Entry Requirements 

Entry is normally after successful completion of the Level 2 programme, but in some circumstances direct entry is accepted.

Are there any exams? 

The programme involves continuous assessment of practical skills both on and off the job.

Course Content

What does the course involve? 

Apprenticeships are for learners employed as an Apprentice by a local company. Funding is guaranteed by the Government for the training, with priority being given to learners starting age 16 -18 years. We can assist with matching learners to employers.
The course contents will include:

NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Routes available light vehicle, heavy vehicle and auto-electrical
(heavy vehicle and auto-electrical block release)

Functional Skills: application of number level 2, communication level 2 and ICT Level 1.

Technical Certificate: Level 3 Diploma in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
ERR: Employment Responsibilities and Rights.

Mondays, 9.00am - 6.15pm
