If you struggle with any written communication, whether it's an email, report, fax, memo, client letter, team briefing, contract, newsletter or annual report, then we can give you practical guidance that will smooth your way to improving your message. We'll show you how to edit and revise your work too.

This workshop will explain the importance of writing effective business communications, and identify different forms of written communication and how to use them.
There will be opportunities for informal assessment throughout the workshop, with a view to ensuring that students develop practical skills for use in everyday situations.
