Our economy relies on skills for businesses. At City College Plymouth we support businesses in gaining a skilled and motivated workforce. We are able to offer two recruitment services through Apprenticeships and College career services.
Apprenticeships
Taking on an apprentice can help to close the skills gap within your workforce. Training is tailored to the needs of your sector so you can feel confident that it is relevant to your industry. Companies often find it hard to retain staff and by offering Apprenticeships you will stand a better chance of recruiting and retaining a motivated workforce.
We offer a wide range of courses for Apprenticeships so whether you currently have a young person aged16+ that you would like to put forward or wish us to advertise a vacancy within your organisation, contact the Employer Gateway on 01752 305026 or e-mail employers@cityplym.ac.uk.
College Careers Service
Over 25,000 students gain qualifications here at the College in varying degrees of skill from entry level to graduate. Many of these students will be looking for jobs upon completing their course. If you have a vacancy to fill within your organisation, we will be happy to advertise it for you.
This recruitment service means that you can gain qualified and skilled staff without the cost of advertising and where better to look for this then at your local college!
