Employer Endorsement Scheme
City College Plymouth works closely with local employers in order to ensure that we provide the training that is required by businesses. This enables:
- students who are work-ready
- a labour market which is skilled in the areas required by the local economy.
This collaborative approach has recently been formalised further through the introduction of the Employer Endorsement Scheme.
Looking to further enhance our working relationships with employers, the scheme aims to encourage employers to work with us, leading to benefits including:

- invitations to corporate events and seminars

- work placement opportunities
