Hall of Residence

The International Office works closely with UNITE, which is the largest private provider of modern, affordable student accommodation within the UK. UNITE owns several residences in Plymouth and the International Office reserves a number of rooms each year for our international students and allocates these places to new students on request, so you do not have to apply on your own - we do it for you! Rooms are reserved each year until the middle of August; after this date there may still be some vacant rooms, subject to availability and demand.

UNITE properties offer en-suite (with own bathroom) single study bedrooms arranged in flats, sharing a kitchen with other students. Most of the residences are conveniently located in the city centre, near to the bus stop for the free College bus.

Prices for rooms in UNITE properties in Plymouth range from £116 per week (in 2011), inclusive of contents insurance and heating and lighting. Internet access is available at extra cost.
