City College Plymouth to hold seminar for budding chocolatiers

City College Plymouth is hosting its third annual chocolate seminar, aimed at those employed in the hospitality and catering industry.

Mark Tilling, now the 'double' Callebaut UK Chocolate Master 2006 and 2008 and the UK's representative in the world's finals in Paris 2009, will once again be presenting on the theory of chocolate production, whilst demonstrating a variety of uses for chocolate.

Teresa Gardner, Head of Academy at City College Plymouth, commented: "We are pleased to welcome back Mark Tilling. Mark has been instrumental in the continued success of our chocolate seminars and we look forward to promoting his expertise to budding chocolatiers."

The seminar is being held on Wednesday 25 February at the College's King Road centre and will start at 10.00am and finish at 3.30pm. The cost is £60 per person and includes the lecture and lunch. For further information or to book your place contact the College on 01752 305890.
