College Awards its Students of the Term

City College Plymouth will be hosting an event to celebrate the successes achieved by its students over the summer term on Thursday 28 June.

The Student of the Term scheme recognises and rewards students who are making a positive contribution to their course, the College or the local community. Each of the College’s faculties awards a Student of the Term from which three are selected for special awards - the Principal’s Award, the Governor’s Award and the Students’ Union Award.

Many of the students who win at the Student of the Term awards go on to win awards at the College’s annual Awards Ceremony.

The event will be attended by each of the 14 winners and their families, their nominating tutors and senior members of College staff. Each of the winners will be presented with a certificate and a prize by Phil Davies, Principal.
