This short absent management training course at City College Plymouth is designed to help you and your company reduce sickness and absenteeism. The course should enable businesses to reduce costs through absence management training and procedures.
This workshop will introduce you to understanding how an absence should be notified, the recording and measuring process, short and long term absence principles, how to facilitate a return to work and the fundamentals of capability.Topics covered include:
