Do you want a job as a nail technician, providing acrylic nail, gel nail and fibreglass nail treatments? If so, this City & Guilds qualification in Artificial Nail Structures at City College Plymouth will get you qualified in just four months! You will learn the advanced techniques in acrylic, gel and fibreglass application. In order to practice and perform these treatments you will need to purchase a uniform and kit and when you finish the course you will be fully equipped to either start your own nail business or start work in a local beauty salon or nail bar. You could also progress to a level 3 Apprenticeship in Nail Technologies.

Course information
You will need to have successfully completed a level 2 qualification in beauty therapy or nail technology.
On completion of this course you will be well equipped to work as a nail technician in a salon or on board a cruise liner. You may also consider a level 3 Apprenticeship in Nail Services. You might also wish to complete a level 2 hair or beauty qualification.
