A sound understanding of the concept and benefits of a lean environment, as well as knowledge of business techniques and working in teams, is essential.

Our nationally recognised qualification is designed to provide you with an appreciation and understanding of some key principles of lean organisation management.


You will achieve a nationally recognised level 2 qualification and learn at a time that suits you, without the need to attend College.

Course information

You will learn:

Please note that this course is only available to those 19 years old or over.

You will be required to have a good grasp of the English language.

You will be assessed via an electronic workbook.

Upon successful completion you may progress to the Certificate in Team Leading/Supervisor.
