Over the course of three weeks, you will prepare Christmas dinner with the support of our qualified lecturers who will help you to create a Christmas Day feast to remember.
With ingredients included, everything you make on this course can be taken home and frozen ready for the big day, meaning you can enjoy a relaxing Christmas morning knowing all of the prep is done. Impress your family and friends with restaurant-quality food whilst picking up some professional tips along the way.
The menu you will create is as follows:
- Artichoke, thyme and truffle Velouté
- Ham hock and goats cheese croquette with Piccalilli
- Brined rolled turkey breast, butter roasted with all the trimmings
- Sticky toffee Christmas pudding with sticky rum sauce
- Mulled truffles.

You might wish to consider more formal catering training and apply for one of our part-time hospitality and catering qualifications.
Fees quoted apply to courses starting in the academic year 2021/22 (August 2021 – July 2022). There may be a slight increase in fees for courses starting 2022/23.
If you are aged 16-18, due to Government funding, tuition fees may not be applicable for your course. (Please note: this does not apply to Foundation Degrees or Access to Higher Education courses, and other courses not eligible for public funding.)
