The OCNLR Level 1 Award in Developing Personal Confidence and Self Awareness aims to help you understand the reasons for feeling confident or unsure of yourself, how to participate more effectively in social situations and manage stress, and how to set goals that increase your self-confidence.
This Award is useful for those who want to develop self-confidence and self-awareness in their personal or professional lives.
This course includes the following subject areas:
- identifying where confidence is lacked and how to respond
- identifying and handling stress
- setting and achieving goals
- attitudes and behaviours relating to personal confidence
There are no specific entry requirements for this course.
This course has no exams, however there will be module assessments.
On successful completion of this course, you could go on to study the OCNLR Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health and Wellbeing.
Fees quoted apply to courses starting in the academic year 2018/19 (August 2018 – July 2019). There may be a slight increase in fees for courses starting 2019/20.
