About the course

The OCNLR Level 2 Award in Emotional Resilience has been developed to provide you with training you need to support your current job role. It has also been created to support you in your development for further learning or employment.

What you'll learn

On this course, you will learn to develop a self-awareness and skills in emotional resilience. You will be able to identify challenging situations and people, describe and explain how to respond to emotionally challenging situations and how to support yourself and others.

There are no specific entry requirements for this course.

Assessments/Exams

There are no exams. You will be assessed on each module.

What's next?

After this course, you could go onto to a childcare or health and social care course at the College.

Important information

Fees quoted apply to courses starting in the academic year 2020/21 (August 2020 – July 2021). There may be a slight increase in fees for courses starting 2021/22.

If you are aged 16-18, due to Government funding, tuition fees may not be applicable for your course. (Please note: this does not apply to Foundation Degrees or Access to Higher Education courses, and other courses not eligible for public funding.)
