Baking your own bread is a very satisfying and tasty thing to do! Come and join Chef Dave Berry who will show you the skills and techniques you need to get the best results at home in bread making. You will also make some mini stollen which are a tasty treat in any home for Christmas.
There are no entry requirements for this course.
There are no exams.
On successful completion of this course, you can go on to study a range of hospitality and catering courses at the College.
