This one-day course will take you through the identification, quality points, preparation, cooking and serving of a range of fish and seafood. You will learn professional techniques, terminology and wider supportive information on sustainability, origins and seasonality.
This course is predominantly for those working in a professional setting, but it is also great for your own personal development and to assist you in becoming a proficient dinner party cook.

There are no entry requirements for this course.
The assessment is assignment based.
