Keep your finger on the pulses and grains and learn all about meat-free alternatives with this vegan and vegetarian inspired course. Carb up and learn to create the perfect pie and pasta, or curb your sweet tooth with a dairy-free dessert.

  • homemade desserts.

There are no entry requirements to study this course.


There are no written exams, only module assessments.

On successful completion of this course, you could go on to study courses such as Vegetarian and Vegan Cooking and the Great British Menu. Alternatively, you could go on to study a level 2 qualification.

Important information

Fees quoted apply to courses starting in the academic year 2020/21 (August 2020 – July 2021). There may be a slight increase in fees for courses starting 2021/22.
