Enjoy the varied and unusual bounty that is nature’s pantry and discover hidden gastronomic delights, many of which are on your doorstep, with this free, one-day masterclass.

This one-day course is running on Friday 26 November.

What you'll learn

You will learn to prepare and cook vegetables, fruit and seafood to a professional standard, whilst also learning about seasonality and sustainability.

Entry requirements

No entry requirements – this masterclass is suitable for anyone who wishes to learn more about seasonality whilst improving their cooking skills.
