What's it all about?

This Level 2 Diploma will add an industry recognised qualification to your CV. It will equip you with all the skills and knowledge required in a modern hospitality setting, along with the foundations for progression and further development.

Course information

You will attend six onsite sessions at the College where you will learn the basics of each unit with a College lecturer. From there, your skills and knowledge will be assessed in the workplace.

To undertake this course you must be in employment, as you will be assessed in the workplace as part of the qualification.

You will be assessed via short answer tests and practical assessments.

Upon successful completion, you may progress to the Level 3 Certificate in Patisserie and Confectionery at the College.

Please note fees are quoted for one year only.
