About the course

Are you planning to work as a chef or in the kitchen of a restaurant, café or hotel? If so, this one-day nutrition in food production training course at City College Plymouth will help you develop your knowledge of nutrition. It is aimed at chefs and/or those who want to further develop their understanding of nutrition and its benefits.


Assessment is via assignment.

Upon successful completion you may be able to progress into employment or onto the Level 2 Hospitality and Catering qualification at the College.
