About the course

This course is designed as an introduction to the art of making wired sugar flowers, to include roses, lisianthus, jasmine, sweet pea, eucalyptus. All these skills are perfect for creating decorations for occasion cakes. Students will learn a variety of flower making methods, how to create realistic flowers by the use of coloured petal dusting techniques, and how to tape flowers together to form a floral arrangement. Students will be required to bring their own equipment.

Fees quoted apply to courses starting in the academic year 2020/21 (August 2020 – July 2021). There may be a slight increase in fees for courses starting 2021/22.
