This course is designed for beginners as an introduction to the art of making wired sugar flowers, and which are suitable for a wedding cake.
You will learn how to create roses, lisianthus, jasmine, sweet pea and eucalyptus by using a variety of flower making methods, including how to create realistic flowers by the use of coloured petal dusting techniques, and how to tape together flowers to form a floral arrangement.

Fees quoted apply to courses starting in the academic year 2020/21 (August 2020 – July 2021). There may be a slight increase in fees for courses starting 2021/22.
