An exciting and innovative look at this emerging lifestyle choice. This course makes vegetarian and vegan cuisine varied and exciting, using unusual and everyday ingredients, it encompasses cuisines from around the world. It will also include seasonality and nutrition.
The course covers preparation and cooking techniques required to develop skills and knowledge in vegetarian and vegan cookery. It also includes knife skills, specialist cooking methods and ingredient identification.
