College Open Day

5 February @ 10.00am - 1.00pm

Aged 15 to 18? Make City College your learning destination of choice.

Deciding what your future might look like can feel a little daunting but it doesn’t need to be. At City College we believe in helping you explore your interests and turning them into a career.

So whether you want to be a musician, bricklayer or engineer we have a course for you.

If you are dreaming of getting a degree, A Levels aren’t your only option. You can earn those crucial UCAS points by studying for a T Level or BTEC, and the College will support you in retaking you English and/or maths should you leave school without a grade 4 or above.

We want you to enjoy your time here, so you can start learning about some of the enrichment opportunities that are only available to City College students. We also view your health and wellbeing as essential to your success and our Student Journey team includes counsellors and wellbeing practitioners who are here to make sure you are preparing for your future in every way possible.

Aged 19+? Looking to return to work or develop your skills?

Whether you’re looking to improve your career prospects, pick up a new skill or brush up on some old ones, returning to education is made easy and accessible with the College’s part-time courses.

Designed to fit around your work and home life, there’s a range of courses from beauty and construction skills through to engineering and management, as well as support with English and maths.

Our Open Day is a chance for you to:

  • tour the College and see our cutting-edge facilities
  • learn about our vibrant community from current students
  • talk to lecturers about the courses on offer
  • find out what employers are looking for in potential employees
  • speak to the English and Maths team about how you can brush up on your skills for FREE
  • get advice on careers, funding, childcare and travel from our student support teams.

Attending this event is a great way to get the information you need to make the right decision about your future. Save time on the day and register your attendance below.
