Fuel for Fitness
7 March @ 5.00pm - 7.30pm
During the session you will learn about:
- safe lifting techniques
- calculating nutritional intake
- pre and post-workout nutrition
- session structure/frequency.
Please ensure you are in appropriate workout attire for the session and bring water.
If you are being dropped off by car, please use the Kings Road entrance. If you require a parking space please use the Paradise Road slip road. You can park anywhere around the site (parking is free) and make your way to reception.
