Health and Social Care, and English and Maths Recruitment Evening

City College Plymouth is recruiting both experienced health and social care, and English and maths professionals to join its expanding team of lecturers.
There are few careers more rewarding than caring for others, and training the next generation of health and social care professionals will not only benefit some of the most vulnerable people in our society, but will also help change the future of the students you teach.
If you have any of the following skills, we want to hear from you …
- teaching experience
- innovative teaching styles
- knowledge of sociology and its use in the health and social care sector
- clinical skills
- experience of delivering technical exam curriculum
- experience of delivering Apprenticeships
- established links with industry
- experience of curriculum and industry collaboration
If you don’t have a teaching qualification but have relevant experience in the health and social care sector, don’t be put off; City College Plymouth will provide you with the necessary training to enable you to use your passion and experience to inspire our post-16 and adult learners. Not only will you get to make your mark on the future of the healthcare sector, but we’ll even pay you!
City College Plymouth is also recruiting English and maths lecturers.
You may be a newly qualified teacher looking for your first employer, or a teacher with many years of experience under your belt. You may also have a background in, or passion for English or maths, and have never taught in a formal setting before but always wanted to, and we will fully support you to gain teaching experience and ultimately your teaching qualification. Whatever your background, we would be delighted to hear from you and receive your application.
