Whether you’re aged 16 or 60\, City College is open to anyone who is committed to acquiring new skills for employment\, higher education or even just for you. With full and part-time study options available\, we’ve made sure our courses fit around you – not the other way around. \nAnd\, we know that the traditional pathway to education isn’t for everyone – that’s why our Apprenticeships team will be available to talk you through our latest vacancies\, and our Careers team will be on hand to help guide you through the process if you have no idea what it is that you want to do. \nBy choosing City College\, not only are you choosing the learning destination of choice\, but you’re choosing a provider that cares about your health and well-being. SUMMARY:Year 11 Course Taster Sessions
DESCRIPTION:Would you like to find out what life at College is really like? Want to see which course you most enjoy and are most suited to? \nOur subject taster sessions are the perfect opportunity for Year 11 students to get hands-on experience in a range of subjects\, from bricklaying to hairdressing. During the sessions you will get the chance to enjoy interactive workshops in the College’s state-of-the-art facilities\, and meet people with similar interests. \nWe have a range of sessions on offer to give you the chance to experience College life in the subject areas you are interested in. \nThis event is running Tuesday 13 February to Thursday 15 February (10.30am – 3.00pm).
