Joining our Employer Partnership Scheme is a great way to show your commitment to the city of Plymouth. You’ll be able to use our membership logo on your marketing materials, and benefit from motivated, skilled work experience students.

How do I become an Employer Partner?

We want to build a strong relationship with the businesses we partner with, so your company will need to be actively engaged with the College for at least one year. This can include turning to us for your training needs, as well as making a commitment to at least two work experience students, and workplace visits.

After this time, you’ll be formally invited to join the Employer Partnership Scheme. When you’re inducted as a full member, you’ll receive an official certificate of membership, and be able to use the membership logo on your website and printed marketing materials. You may also benefit from PR, and you’ll receive an annual review of the commitment you’ve made and the benefits you’ve received.
