Wednesday Evening Takeaway Sample Menu

To start:
Crab and Sweetcorn fritters with chilli and lime salsa (crustaceans, egg)
Barrata, balsamic glazed tomatoes and pickled shallot (milk, sulphites)
Pea and ham soup
Pressed chicken terrine with black garlic puree (mustard)

Grilled Plymouth plaice with capers, lemon and brown shrimp (fish, milk, crustaceans)
Tribute-braised beef rib, mac ‘n’ cheese (sulphites, milk, wheat gluten)
Confit of duck with orange and fennel
Slow cooked pork belly, burnt apple and cider braised fondant potato (sulphites)
Pan fried rib eye steak cooked as you like it, café de Paris butter or peppercorn sauce and home cut fries –  (£5 surcharge), (milk, fish)
Jackfruit fritters with chilli and lime salsa

A selection of nibbles, bread and oils (wheat gluten, sulphites milk)

To start:
Pea and ham soup with cheddar beignet (milk, egg)
Pan fried mackerel with celeriac remoulade and pickled beetroot (milk, egg, fish)
Pressed chicken terrine with black garlic puree (mustard)
Burrata and honey tartlet with watercress and pecan salad (tree nuts, wheat, gluten, mustard)

Steamed plaice, with a warm orange and fennel salad (fish)
Chicken wellington, smoked bacon and chicory (sulphites, milk)
Braised beef rib, runner bean ‘noodles’ and salsa Verde (soy, sulphites, celery)
Wood mushroom and globe artichoke Pithivier with roast shallot (wheat gluten, milk)
