  • teaching experience
  • innovative teaching styles
  • knowledge of sociology and its use in the health and social care sector
  • clinical skills 
  • experience of delivering technical exam curriculum
  • experience of delivering Apprenticeships
  • established links with industry
  • experience of curriculum and industry collaboration
  • childcare.
