Restaurant meal

Our menus change each season, to reflect the best local produce we have to offer. We also have daily specials and will do our best to cater for any special requirements.

Starters

  • Asparagus, poached egg and prosciutto with grain mustard dressing
  • Watercress soup
  • Crab and avocado salad with pickled radish and shallot

Mains

  • Sauteed chicken with chorizo, pepper and tomato
  • Grilled salmon with a samphire butter sauce
  • Slow braised leg of lamb, Cornish new potatoes and purple sprouting broccoli
  • Jersey Royal new potato frittata

All our food is freshly prepared, so please do let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances.

Your food will be cooked and served by students training for a career in hospitality. Feedback is always welcome.
