Hours:
42.5 hours a week, 8:00-17:00

Duties:

  • Answering telephone
  • Assisting with payroll and invoicing
  • General filing, photocopying, scanning and printing
  • Keeping well-organised files and records
  • Keeping computer databases up to date
  • Using spread sheets
  • Be prepared for any other administrative tasks that are required

Training:

All training to be provided by City College Plymouth in collaboration with the company themselves throughout the duration of the apprenticeship.

Qualities and skills:

The successful candidate will;

  • Need to have an excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and have excellent communication skills, both face to face and on the telephone
  • Need good time keeping skills, attention to detail and enthusiasm towards these exciting roles
  • Have to use their own initiative as well as being able to work well within a team
  • Be focused and determined to succeed
  • Ensure they are enthusiastic, motivated and focused
  • Need to take pride in their work and strive to achieve the highest quality in every task

Brunel Recycling Ltd and its other family companies is expanding and for the right apprentice there is the opportunity to progress to a full time position with the company.
