Administration Services Apprentice

This Admin / Accounts position involves working in a fast paced, focused but friendly office. This is a learning role where the chosen candidate will be provided with support and guidence in order to fullfill a range of tasks including;
- Data Entry
- Word and Excel based tasks
- Stock taking
- Invoice Coding and Entry
- Basic Accounts tasks – Bank Reconciliations
Time will be set aside to show the chosen candidate more in depth duties as time progresses. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be hard working, presentable, focused and friendly.
- Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
- Functional skills if required
All training will be provided by City College Plymouth in collaboration with the employer throughout the 15-18 month apprenticeship. For this apprenticeship you will only have to attend College for the induction sessions and any relevant exams, otherwise all of your learning and assessments will be carried out at the workplace.
