Hours:
30 hours a week, days and hours per day are to be confirmed.

Duties:

The role will include:

  • Meeting and greeting staff and children
  • Serving food
  • Serving hot and cold drinks
  • Preparation of food
  • Clearing and cleaning food preparation areas
  • End of day cleaning (floors, surfaces floors, surfacesfloors, surfaces etc.)
  • Preparation of eating areas
  • Clearing and cleaning eating areas
  • Pot/dish wash where necessaryEnd of day cleaning
  • Cash handling to ensure payment for meals where necessary

Training:

All training to be provided by City College Plymouth in collaboration with the company themselves throughout the duration of the apprenticeship. Your apprenticeship may consist of the following components; NVQ Diploma, Technical Cert, Functional Skills Maths and English, Employee Rights and Responsibilities, and Personal Learning and Thinking Skills. All components will be agreed upon before the start of the apprenticeship.
