Split Shifts of 30 hours PW
You will learn all you need to know about working in a professional kitchen. You will assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food. You will benefit from our experienced team who will supportive and you will of course be earning as you go. You will need to be passionate, focused and committed. You will get training from our dedicated team of chefs who will help you develop and achieve your goals. On completion of the apprenticeship you will receive a nationally recognised qualification and have an opportunity to progress in the organisation.
- Preparing ingredients for food service
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Dealing with stock rotation and labelling
- Dealing with deliveries
- Preparing food from our daily menu
All training to be provided by City College Plymouth in collaboration with the company themselves throughout the duration of the apprenticeship.
Qualities and skills:
Full training will be given
Must be able to work under pressure and as part of a team
No qualifications required
If there is an opportunity this apprenticeship may lead to a permanent position at Kuku.
