Duties:

Duties will include:

  • To provide administrative support to the Quality Improvement Corporate Service Area
  • Effective arrangement of internal and external quality improvement and assurance systems and procedures
  • Ensuring that policies and procedures and compliance and audit is adhered to
  • To provide an effective first point of contact to all internal and external stakeholders to the Exams Team
  • To provide certification and exams information – in person, over the telephone, via email or social media – taking details of enquiries, fulfilling requests and referring enquiries where appropriate
  • To ensure emails for the generic email account are responded to within 24 working hours
  • Help provide an efficient enquiry service for students, staff and external agencies

Training:

  • Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
  • Functional skills if required

This is a brand new, bespoke apprenticeship to City College Plymouth. Your core apprenticeship will be based on customer service, with additional business administration assessments to concrete the purpose of your role and learning. All training will be provided by City College Plymouth in collaboration with the employer throughout the 15-18 month apprenticeship. For this apprenticeship you will only have to attend College for the induction sessions and any relevant exams, otherwise all of your learning and assessments will be carried out at the workplace.
