Duties:
We are currently seeking someone to join our sales team as an Apprentice Sales Advisor. This role will suit anyone who has a keen interest in smartphones, computers and the technology industry. This is a great opportunity to work in a diverse, new and vibrant award-winning company in the exciting tech industry.
- Providing a high quality of service to customers, going above and beyond with contacting (including email, telephone and face-to-face communication) the customer to resolve any issues
- Managing customer information in an organised manner, making specific documents, build up a collection of data for each customer
- Having a clear knowledge of the products being sold, especially manufactured by Apple. This is especially important with new products being manufactured annually
- Developing sales and negotiation skills, producing these skills whilst communicating to improve and maintain customer relationships
- To be updated with latest inventory of stock, developing knowledge of high and low levels of stock to spot patterns between high-demands items to increase sales
Training:
- Customer service practitioner apprenticeship
- Functional skills if required
All training to be provided by City College Plymouth throughout the duration of the apprenticeship.
All components will be agreed upon before the start of the apprenticeship

This role can offer future prospects in sales such as becoming an accounts manager. This involves taking on a wider base of clients, building stronger relationships with each client. Also, with the customer service skills gained, this can be transferred in to shop and warehouse management.
