Indiana Healthcare Services are looking for a Customer Service and Administration Apprentice to be the first port of call for clients and carers, and to assist with a range of general administration duties. You will receive full, on-the-job-training alongside workplace visits from your designated assessor.

Duties for this role will include:

  • To be the first port of call for clients and carers, to answer telephones and emails and distributing accordingly to either the Manager, Sales, Recruitment or Finance department
  • To check the post daily and distribute
  • Coordinate carers and drivers shifts each week
  • Draft letters and correspondence to Sales, Management, Recruitment and Finance
  • To keep carers compliance up to date on our HR database and arrange training days when needed (liaise with recruitment consultant)
  • Diary management for office staff (holidays, meetings and on-call rota)
  • Stationary and uniform orders
  • To assist all departments with general administration duties


  • Customer service practitioner apprenticeship combined with additional Business and Administration units
  • Functional skills if required

All components will be agreed upon before the start of the apprenticeship.

Desired qualifications

  • GCSEs (A-C/9-4) in maths and English, or equivalent, an advantage as this would exempt you from further training in these subjects
