We are welcoming individuals who are looking to develop their transferable skills in a customer service environment and join our Apprenticeship Programme Launching August 2019! This opportunity is to work within the team responsible for providing excellent customer service for their Leading client ‘John Lewis’.

As part of the role you will mainly be responsible for:

Answering customer enquiries via telephone and providing excellent customer service
Ensuring you provide warm professionalism, expertise and brand values as a part of the customer journey
The ability to use internal systems
Working as part of a team
Understanding your customers needs and fulfilling their expectations
Sitel provide full in-house training on computer systems, processes and core brand values to ensure you have the skills to bring your customer service experience to life as well as additional training and support from your Seetec Apprenticeship delivery coach.


All training to be provided by City College Plymouth in collaboration with the company themselves throughout the duration of the apprenticeship.

Desired qualifications

Grade C or above in Maths and English



Permanent contracts available after the completion of your apprenticeship qualification
Potential for further training and additional apprenticeships (Team Leader)

You will be held accountable to Sitel policy and process with regards to behaviour, attendance and conduct

You must be able to commit to the training period 100% (7 weeks, Monday to Friday 9-5.30)

You must be able to deliver on business metrics once trained
