We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our office team & assist with daily, weekly & monthly tasks. This will include using Sage software for accounting & payroll along with Microsoft Word & Excel. The duties listed are not exhausted & there is a wide variety to this role which can change on a daily basis.
This role involves all aspects of office administration and includes certain aspects of accounts & payroll.
Answer Telephone – Enquiries & deliver messages
Customer & Supplier contact by email & telephone
Filing & maintaining filing system
Scan Documents. Print & Bind Documents.
Support for Operational Team
Basic Book Keeping functions with Sage Accounts
Purchase & Sales Invoice processing
Assist with Wages process using Sage Payroll
General Office Administration
Undertake other duties requested by managers.
All training to be provided by City College Plymouth in collaboration with the company themselves throughout the duration of the apprenticeship. Your apprenticeship may consist of the following components; NVQ Diploma Level 2, Technical Cert, Functional Skills Maths and English, Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR), and Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS). All components will be agreed upon before the start of the apprenticeship.
