Customer service role to provide technical support and guidance to heating engineers who are installing domestic biomass and boiler stove systems. To develop knowledge about the testing and regulatory requirements of solid fuel stoves and boilers.
To advise and support both our dealer network and end users.


All training to be provided by City College Plymouth in collaboration with the company themselves throughout the duration of the apprenticeship.

Qualities and skills:

Basic knowledge of plumbing and heating (hvac) systems.
Basic computer skills.
Sales ability.

To take on increasing responsibility within the team, eventually taking over training events and making more site visits as needed

Our warehouse and showroom is near Honiton in Dunkeswell.
