City College Plymouth has partnered with Arctic Shores to recruit exceptional candidates by evaluating their assessments against key behaviors indicative of high performance, ensuring a fair and objective recruitment process. Step-by-Step Application Guide

All applicants must fill out our online application form. Due to Keeping Children Safe in Education guidelines, we cannot accept CVs. However, you may copy and paste relevant information from your CV into the application.

Include your complete employment history, including your current role.

Ensure you provide your full qualification record, with particular attention to the qualifications required in the job description.

Provide details for two referees, including your current employer. If you have worked in an educational institution, one reference must come from that employer.

Please ensure that the email addresses provided for referees are work emails, not personal ones.

We welcome applications from the UK and overseas, but all applicants must be able to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK.

Assessment Process

As part of our recruitment process, you will be asked to complete an assessment through the Arctic Shores platform. This assessment allows us to evaluate your potential and how well you align with the College’s values.

Once the vacancy has closed, you will receive an email with further details. If you do not see the email, please check your junk/spam folder.
