Are you one of the 2.7 billion gamers worldwide? The gaming industry is showing no signs of slowing, and with more and more people interacting with games via apps or joining the growing Esports scene, there is still plenty of scope for this industry to grow.

Why games design and development
Through our games development courses, you will gain hands-on practical experience that will allow you to develop an array of skills whilst also finding your niche. With technology constantly advancing, we are reaching a gaming revolution where almost anything is possible – at least in the gaming world.
Our lecturers firmly believe that game design is the perfect blend of technical ability and untapped imagination. They encourage our students to find their own passions and strengths through project-based learning that often involves collaborating with students on other courses such as music and performing arts, closely emulating industry.
As part of the South West Institute of Technology, City College has been able to invest in state-of-the-art equipment, with more high-spec computers than you can count.
