STAYING IN IS THE NEW GOING OUT

“Have you seen that new show on Netflix?” … or Prime, or Apple, or Sky … or one of the many other TV and streaming services now available?

Why TV, film and media

Once upon a time it wasn’t cool to stay at home watching TV, but a recent explosion of great shows, and a plethora of streaming services and social media channels, has made staying in the new going out.

Whilst the media industry is changing, there has never been a bigger demand for high-quality, around-the-clock content. Businesses know that people now interact via social media, and as our lives rapidly become more online, so does the demand for multi-skilled employees who can make their mark in an industry that contributes £13million every hour to the UK economy.

Our fantastic facilities – including a TV studio, a podcast studio, editing suites, the latest filming and sound equipment, and state-of-the-art computers – are often the envy of industry professionals, whilst our student-run media company will give you experience of working on real projects for real clients, helping you to stand out from the competition.
